Episode 29 The Queens Gambit | if only you could see how powerful you are!

The emotional abuser does’t see people they see objects.

I was on a Reiki 1 course I was invited along to help on the course and during the weekend we were about to do a practice session on each other and the Reiki master said this to me 'if only you could see yourself in the way other people see you'.

She then went on to say 'if only you can yourself as your children seen you'. 

There are moments this statement comes flying back into your conscious thoughts.
