Episode 9 The A to Z of Emotional Abuse and my healing journey

Welcome to episode 9 in this one I want to talk about emotional abuse what is it and the tools the abuser’s uses to tie you up in their invisible chains 

Unless you are a survivor of EMOTIONAL ABUSE you have no idea what it is like to have conversations in your head with a person you are no longer in contact with

Emotional Abuse is insidious which is proceeding in a gradual, subtle way, but with very harmful effects.

Unlike physical abuse The damage caused puts you into a state of confusion, you had no idea that the ABUSE was taking place; like Chinese water torture, it happened very, very slowly and it turns you insane!

 

In this episode I share a little bit of my story and talk about how and why I wrote my second book The A to Z of Emotional Abuse and I have taken just a few terms you might hear and described them.
